Kids and middle school students will attend an age apprpriate baptism class with their parents.
High school students, college students, and adults will attend a baptism class.
Not at all! It’s never too late to take this step of obedience. Even if you’ve followed Jesus for a long time, baptism is a beautiful and meaningful way to declare your faith. While the baptism class may cover familiar ground, it’s designed to remind you of the hope you have in Christ—and your story might be just what someone else needs to hear.
That’s okay—and actually, this a great place to start. We would love to walk with you as you explore what baptism means. The baptism class will help answer common questions and will talk through anything you’re unsure about.
If your child is an infant, your next best step is Baby/Child Dedication. This step represents a commitment on the part of parents to see the home as their first mission field.
For elementary and middle school students, the baptism class is meant to equip parents to have conversations about baptism and salvation with their children. For more information about this class, fill out the baptism interest form for your child.
No, once you have been baptized by immersion as a believer there is no need to do it again! On your membership application, we will ask you if you’ve been baptized, and you can tell us that you have been baptized at another church.
