Our Vision

To see our City transformed as we live sent, serving where God has placed us and bringing the hope of Jesus to the nations.

Our Mission

To Ignite a movement that Connects all people to Jesus.

Everything we do at Ember is centered on one thing: connecting people to follow Jesus.

When Jesus said "Follow me," He wasn't pointing to a destination. He was inviting people into a relationship that would change everything. That's still true today. Christianity isn't a religion. It's a relationship with Jesus that results in real, lasting life change.

How We Live It Out

Jesus' life was defined by three relationships: with the Father, with His disciples, and with those who didn't know God. At Ember, we follow that same path.

Connect Up. A relationship with the Father. We move from knowing about God to truly knowing Him.

Connect In. A relationship with the Church. We walk together as broken people, growing side by side so we can go together.

Connect Out. A relationship with the world. We live sent, pursuing those far from God and helping others find the same life we've found in Jesus.

Our DNA

The Values that Drives Us

We don't just "say" prayers; we live by them. We recognize that without the Holy Spirit, we are just a social club. We are desperately dependent on God’s presence to lead us, change us, and move through us.

Tired of wearing a mask? So are we. We lead with our weaknesses, not just our strengths. Ember is a place where you can be honest about your struggles because we believe the Gospel is most powerful when we are most real.

Healthy things grow, and growing things multiply. We don't just want to fill seats; we want to raise up disciple-makers. We are committed to teaching, equipping, and sending people out to spark new fires wherever they go.

You weren't meant to walk alone. We are a family first, prioritizing soul care and deep relationships. Beyond the Sunday stage, we are committed to building environments where you are known, loved, and supported.

We hold our time, talent, and resources with open hands. Because Jesus was radically generous with us, we live to be the most generous people in our city, investing deeply in our neighbors and the world.

In a world obsessed with status, we choose the towel and the basin. No task is too small, and no person is too unimportant. Following the example of Jesus, we believe the greatest way to lead is to serve.

From the energy of the next generation to the wisdom of our elders, every age has a seat at our table. We intentionally lay down our personal preferences so the whole family of God can worship together.

Our prayer is simple: God, work in such a way that only You get the glory. We want people to leave Ember talking about the greatness of Jesus, not the cleverness of our plans.
